I have a 1992 model Lexus LS400. When I take the key out of the ignition the steering wheel does not go fully back and does not tilts fully up. Sometimes it works, but most of the times the steering wheel withdraw just a little and tilt just a little. The same happens when I put the key into the ignition. Sometimes the steering wheel tilts down and goes to its memory position. However, most of the times the steering wheel tilts just a little down and not fully to the memory position. It works well if I a use the memory position 1 and 2. Have any of you had the same problem. The tilt motor has been changed and is new ? Thanks
