problem with cd changer

I have a 1995 ls400.i am unable to play any type of cd.it keeps giving me err.23orerr.21.i have looked in the search forum,but still unable to find a answer.any help giving would be appreciated,thanks.

Make sure you are playing the cd's upside down. The CD should be place with the botton part looking up and not down. Tried that.

werd yeah for the longest time i thought the cd's went in the other way and thought my disc changer was broken
