Intake Air Temperature sensor '90
yo.. i drive a 90 LS400 and i've recently bought a stage III chip and need to install it to the IAT, any clues as to where this is? i dun want to screw something up

adds 12-35 HP and improves gas mileage, im guessing it bypasses the sensor and makes the cpu think the engine is cooler than it really is, making the fuel mixture richer... i just need help finding the IAT

LOL, the IAT is built into the MAF, you can just splice the two last wires coming out of the MAF, go to radio shack, buy a resistor for 10 cents, and put it between those wires, this will have the same effect as the "stage 3 chip. And by the way, you wont see any HP gains, just worse fuel mileage, and eventually ruin your cats.
