Default Thinking of cutting front bumper for fogs..

We've all seen the pics of the Euro first gen and the front end just looks so much better.

Since I'm going to be getting my car repainted soon, I asked the body shop if they could cut my front bumper to accomodate fog lights.. and so far they think they can do it. Here's what I'm talking about:

What do you guys think? I think it makes the front end of the car look a lot nicer.

So, now the question is.. what fog lights should I go with?

Thinking about the GS ones, but I don't know since they are curved:

Looking for suggestions

dude... all i have to say is DO IT! I want this done so bad on my ls400... but I'm afraid of screwing up my car.

How does this sound...
this round projector kit
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/UNIVE...29381927QQrdZ1
with a 3000k hid kit. That would look awesome... i think. I don't have photoshop at the moment. anybody wanna do a quick mock up?

I bet these projectors would give you a sweet cut off too.

It is a nice touch.

It seems a bit busy with all the lenses on the bumper. Maybe integrate the amber parking/markers and turn signals into the clear side marker assembly. Then have that portion of the bumper filled in. The new fogs/driving lights would be pretty clean as placed in the Euro spec car.

If your gonna do foglights, i suggest you shave off your corner lights.
It'll look way clean instead of Headlight/Corner lights/Fogs - it's just a bit too much.

Get some clear bumper lights and you can turn the non-turn signal one into a fog and use the harness from the orignal fogs and then turn the old orignal fogs into DLR's ( @ 100% wattage )........If you were a SoCal guy I could do it in my home shop.

That user was last logged in in 2013. Old school halogen type lights are still available.
