An old thread:

Yup, that auction site is the typical place unless you buy from one of the VIP JDM suppliers and bring them over. Even some of those appear to be from the same factory. The look is nice, IMO the quality is a step down.

I bought some of the clear ones and one of them leaked in water after a while and discolored the reflector. I then bought some of dark smoked ones and those have been fine.
Construction is good and the fit also.
If you do buy some I would recommend applying some clear silicon type sealer around the joints just to ensure they remain water tight before fitting them.

Default where to buy clear bumper lights?

96 LS400

could someone recommend the best place to get the clear bumper lights for cheap, yet good quality?

cheapest I have seen is on $35/set on ebay like this one, but I have no clue if they are good quality.

wouldn't be surprised though, if every set of them available in America at any retailer came from the same factory in China that made the ones linked to above!

what you're looking for are turn signals, not bumper lights (which were much smalller, and only found on '98-00 cars)

primary source is ebay. only 2 real options, diamond cut or fluted, both generic.

it's been discussed to death, next time please search.

it's a purely aesthetic decision, buy whatever suits your fancy. the crystal/diamond cut tend to better match aftermarket clear headlight housings.

OEM lenses are the better quality unless you can get the clear JDM/made in Japan versions. The look of the China mamde clear ones are nice at a distance but fail up close. These are 50% of what the OEM ones are in terms of build quality. The ones I would like are the JDM amber versions. (If you have some PM me.)
