Default I love my LS400

Before I got my LS400, I had a BMW 740I, and a Cadillac Deville. After I got the Lexus, I had the cadillac for a year and put only a 100 miles on it. Just sold it a few weeks ago. Now, the BMW, is getting neglected. Who would have thought! The BMW is much much fun to drive, I giggle like a kid in a rollercoaster when I get in it, but for some reason, I just drive the hell out of the lexus, put almost 20k on the LS last year, on the bimmer? maybe 5k. I don't know if to be or Anyone have any "nicer" car that is getting neglected cuz of their LS? Also, I was thinkin of getting a Benz S500 sometime in the future, but I think I will pass, when the time is right, a newer model LS will take it's place, who would have thought!

Just curious, what years are your 740i and LS400?

I have a 99 LS400 that I consider at least as nice as my boss's 98 740 hehe. It doesn't have *quite* as much torque, but the overall ride and quality is damn close (if not better for the $ *cough*biased*cough)

^ yeah, its hard not to drive the LS. My 2nd car is an acura legend (which I've babied and modded and have more attachment to in a way), that now sits alot of the time. The LS is much more plush and faster, but sometimes feels like driving a matress steered by a wooden ship's wheel compared to the road responsiveness and sportier ride of the legend.

Also, I was thinkin of getting a Benz S500 sometime in the future, but I think I will pass, when the time is right, a newer model LS will take it's place, who would have thought!
Yeah I was on that path too...I was looking for a mint 93-94 E500 or a 92-95 E420, but ended up (happily) deciding on lexus.

I have had my LS since 96 and the only car I'd drive in its place would be 7 series or an E55........love my LS with all the mods.
