I bought an aftermarket master key blank for my '97 from Ebay for $19 including shipping and had it cut for $25. Then I went to http://www.cureline.net/lex/howtos/h...m#Programming2 and programmed it according to the directions. Works like a charm. Good luck.

You cannot program 90-94 keys. Period. The one-button key and (ROM) chip are pre-programmed from the factory. You plug the chip into the trunk computer and the key opens the doors.

With that said, I can get you a factory one button key with chip, cut for your vehicle for about $180-$200.
