Anyone buy the ebay aftermarket seatbelts?

passenger side seatbelt refuses to retract all the way, you have to play with it, everyone keeps getting out of my car and shutting the belt in the door, not to mention its not really safe.
drivers side retracts sometimes, if its warm it plays nice, now that its cold i have to help it out by stuffing it back in the door.
the pivot point on the B pillar is not the culprit unfortunately.
