need help
Hello everyone! I'm a new member to CL. I have been having problem with my 97 LS400. One of the problems is an exhaust leak and is said to be an EGR pipe. I was wondering how hard is it to replace the pipe and is lowering the tranny the only way? Furthermore, my bushings are out, such as my rear carrier and my caster bar bushings. Are the caster and strut bar bushing the same things or are they totally different? and where can i get an oem replacement caster bushing?
Thanks so much if anyone would help me out.

Still cant find front caster bushings and are the caster and strut bushings different? Does anyone know how to change an EGR pipe For the 97 LS400?

I have a 95 and had to get the EGR pipe changed....yes to my knowledge lowering the tranny is the only way to do it. Back then I had it done at my shop and it took a couple hours labor. Maybe somebody else will have better advice.......
