steve, the wiring on your UCF21 is different from both the UCF10/11 and UCF20 directions. they WILL NOT work on your car.

you want to use the guide that Grand_LS4 made for the 98-00

It is one major pain in the *** pulling the fuse box off to get to the back of the fuse block on the 98-00 took about an hour and a half ,since there is no room and i had to keep referring to wiring schematics.

I tried to do the foglight mod on my 91, and I extended the wires and tested it and it worked, and then I spliced a wire into what I thought was #2. And now the fogs won't work at all. I even tried taking the wires out and putting the relay back directly into the fuse box, but it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

I checked all of the fuses under the hood and in the car and everything is good. Is there anything else that I should check?

need to find out what wire you splice ,it has to be a fuse somewhere in the car or under the hood.

I checked EVERY single fuse, they were all good.
I tested the relay out on the battery and that was good.
Bulbs are good.

Well my only choice now is to try and hook up the fogs to the ignition and to an aftermarket switch. Hopefully that will work.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

I checked the filaments on the bulbs and plugged them into a battery and they both work. Any other suggestions?

Yea I believe it was my switch. I got everything hooked up now and it works fine with my parking lights. Switch doesnt work but thats okay I dont need it to, just as long as i can turn them on with my headlights then i'm golden.

Thanks a lot guys for all your input.

Pulled the fuse box out today got it loose, but I didn't realize how many wires it was connected to on the back!!!

what direction or orientation is the relay at. maybe this way i don't have to have it completely down and can just to the relay
is it more towards back of the vehicle or front?

I'll check the diagrams but thought i'd post either way. wish me luck.
