hey guys, so my friend helped me wire my subs today.. and we didn't drill any holes through the firewall.. and we still got through.. the ecr or something wires going in to the back of the glovebox is what we used to get the power wire in.. we followed the wires that go from the top left ish part of the hood to the back of the glovebox.. really simple.. from there we put everything under the side sills.. one of the two clips for the seat was giving me a hard time so i couldn't remove the seat back or the rear seats, cause it wouldn't budge for some reason.. decided to remove the old sub.. put the wires behind the seats.. and get them in the trunk area via the old nak sub hole.. all in all you don't see ANY wires until you get up to the old nak sub cover thing.. even then you only see it for about 2 inches and it's straight up so it doesn't look bad.. if you guys have a question regarding anything i said.. just shoot

Depends on the sound you are trying to achieve. If you are using free air subs, then, IMO you will get alot of rattle from the trunk area. The ones I have are not free air, and actually direct the bass into the cabin area of the car until I pop the trunk. Bass is not obnoxiously loud, until you open a door, then whoa. Very little to no rattle from the trunk area either.

Trunk1, How did you reseal the insulation or did you just let it be?

When i drill through the firewall like the one you did, it will come inside the cabin by the emergency brake pedal or the fuse box?
