Default Not so new around here..but new to the LS

I joined this site quite a while ago in hopes of buying a 5spd SC300 for my next project. Long story short $ problems and growing up took that chance away for now. Fast forward to today...I picked up a 93Trans Am about 2 mos. ago and got an interesting phone call from the original owner of the T/A who was dying to have it back but didnt have any $. He only had this 93 Lexus LS 400 on 21" rims. I went to look at it and fell in love with the car and comfort and hated that it has these rims on it. But I love the luxury and smooth ride of the Lexus so I decided to make the deal. Once I get some new rims on it I will be very happy so I can start to drive it in public lol.

Anyway here is a quick pic and I hope to spend alot of time cleaning it up to suitable condition and look forward to posting for a while on this forum until my SC300 dreams can become a reality.

Does anyone know if 350z 17" stock wheels will fit without spacers? I can get a set pretty inexpensive and I am sure it would be better than the 21s

I must say you got a great lookin car minus those horrid wheels. Nice color. Those wheels look like weirdo flowers. to each his own but stock is the best look IMO. Flashy/sporty rims don't match the LS' character. Its kinda like an old women in a modern low cut slinky black dress. weird analogy. hope it made sense.

You did good man.

Those are some ugly ghetto rims. Hopefully someone will want them so you can make some cash to buy something you want.

Nice looking LS.

But yeah I'm in the hood and find those rims to look like crap.

I dont believe what Alan D and Broker had to say echoed my thoughts..the other posts did and I appreciate it. I dont mean to be a wuss and not take criticism but after hearing it from just about everyone I know about the rims it gets old fast. Anyways....I think I found a set of wheels on the board and will post pics once they are delivered and installed.
