Im young and I NEED PLEASE WITH MY CAR!!!
HI everyone I'm 19 and I just bought my first car which was a 94 lexus Ls 400. I only paid 1400 for it so I think it was worth it but it has a few problems. The frame of the driver seat is bent. when you try to adjust it only the left side of the seat moves the rest bents into the center console. The interior is ok but I need the number to a good interior shop in chicago or close to it because I want to remove all the upholstery and dash and get a new color. Please help.

Welcome to CL and cnograts on buying your first car.
I dunno what part of IL you may be in, check in this forum for recommended places for servicing.

The issue of the seat is not because of a frame rail so to speak. If you search around you will find that a common problem are, I believe, spiral rods that move inside the upright part of the seat. One rod is not working properly give you the lopsided effect.

^Biglexass had the same problem, someone posted a custom PERMANENT fix with a picture in there..
Cureline aka retrodrive also has a fix for it..
