Hard start up(3 or more cranks to start)

i need some help.My 92 ls400 takes at least 3-4 cranks before it starts up. WHYS THAT?? changed the spark plugs but it still does it. can u guys help me out???

oh,and if its turning over fine but a rough start it could be the ignition coils or fuel problem.
