could be a number of things, dead alternator, faulty wiring/shorts, dead fuses or a ton of other stuff.

id use process of elimination and lots of testing individual circuits for shorts.

THE SAME FUSE BOX IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT WITH 2 SEPERATE GROUND WIRES

HMMM

I had a ground cable setup done a few months ago to battery to them and soldered the cable, Im gonna check the resistance to ground on that soldered connection before and after

I know a bad ground will short the batery to zero volts. I hope thats all it is.

sounds to me, wiring harness issues. I had a very similar occourance happen on my 90. What happened on mine was, drivers air strut failed so the tire rubbed through the splash guard and chewed through the major harness from fuse block under hood, to ecu's and fuse pannel in cabin. this may help

I would suggest you have a animal chewing the wires.
So now you need to figure out where the horn headlights and other malfunctioning wires all come together.

I am currently in the middle of stripping a 93 accord all because of a wiring short under the dash and the fuse box catching on fire. It took 3 hours to remove another harness from another car. It will probably take another 7 hours to install it back as the whole dash needs to be taken out as well as the HVAC needing to be moved which is connected to the dash and engine. Oh ... and on the specific car the harness goes from the the fuse box all the way through both sides of the firewall and back to run the headlights and signal directly. No harness plugs anywhere on the damn thing to remove them.

Good luck it is hell!!!!!!!!!

Go to the dealer and buy the schematic book you are going to need it. This is no basic problem

Must be grounded(shorted to ground) somewhere. Start tracing that horn wires from the horn or the steering wheel.

Default took a trip to the dealer

since they couldnt get me in for 2 weeks , I went there in person to ask the question.

The service department master technician told me that the issue in place was a drain on the battery to begin with from the beginning and that the only way that happens is a bad relay or loose ground wire at the fuse panel and check the harness in general first.
He asked me to remove the relays until the symptoms stop, then replace that one and the blown fuse and ill be set.

They said its very common, and happens for no reason at all. Blunt, yes very and then they went about thier business, ? that was very odd.
