Look at that. Thats hot and would make my LS sick. Has anyone installed these? They look great and are only $25. I'm thinking of getting them. Any ideas on how difficult it would be to install?

I should have elaborated on what i wanted. I'm not talking about colored lamps or anything. Thats scion ricer crap. Just normal white or off white light. Do you think white courtesy lights would look bad? You know, when you open the door some little white lights would illuminate the floor in the back.. like in the front. Also those puddles would light up when you open any door. Then slowly fade when closed.
Courtesy lamps only. Not while driving or anything. That would look stupid.
Anything that looks good and cheap is hot in my book. I'm poor.

I think it would look nice if they lit up only when you open the doors.
They would be off almost all the time. It would look really stupid if you could see them (if they would stick out when off)
Probably a lot of work for the mod. Post pics if you do it.

I think they are hot. I already have them but am not installing until early next year after i get my body kit. A friend of mine has them on his Q45 and they come on when door is open. I am with everyone else though, on a stock LS, would not look right, that is why I am holding off. My advice get them and hold them for when you are ready to hit em off. Poor man ballin on a budget,,,, welcome to the club!!!!

Pretty much what i had mentioned before on your other thread.
I like installing the LED bulbs instead as they do look nice in the factory positions.
Do you have a light aimed at the road when the door is open?

If they were given to me, and I decided to put them in, I would make it so that they came on when you unlocked your car, and only if they were an OEM color like a regular halogen color, not hyper white/blue/purple or any other color. more of a discreet mod and probably the way they would be done OEM. It would wow the people that were about to get in the car, you could say it was called "shoe check" so that way they can make sure there shoes arent dirty before they head on in!!

I agree with you on this one. That is the only reason I have not installed mine yet. My car is dropped by 1" and I am not installing until I get my body kit. Cant go too much lower than I am now because of bad roads, but my body kit will give the illusion that my car is lower than what it really will be.

a lot of people add these to vip styled cars, because it makes it look move vip,but most of thoses cars, have huge body kits, big rims, and slammed suspion so it looks good.but on one that is stock or even has rims i think it would look out of place.some kid came up to me the other day and said dam nice car you should put neons under the car. i just wated to slap him.now i would put them inside but the bulbs would be hidden so you see just the glow.
