Greetings UCF20 owners!

There is an ongoing thread in the 2nd Generation GS Suspension section regarding a product we carry in Japan that is also applicable to the UCF20 · UCF21 model LS400s. Please feel free to chime in support or comments on this potential product.

it looks nice but A-i wanna see it on a car to see how low it can go, and B-the cost is pretty up there, for the same price an AirRunner setup can be had and i dont see any real differences (since i cant read japanese) between the two. (except i think the AR kit MIGHT use cylinders instead of bags.)

Tanabe Air Cobra = Conventional Hydraulic Performance Damper + Linear Spring with Airbag
Air Runner = Pneumatic Air Shock + no spring with Airbag

what are the disadvantages of having the AR setup compared to the AC?

(basically, what does that ^ mean?)

hers the difference i know...the Air Cobra is a great setup...the only disadvantages its that you ride at Coilover height and just the front raises to clear speedbumps when necessary and its just the front that raises...the rear stays at coilover height..so basically if you daily drive your car with a bodykit then it will be at whatever you set the coilover height to....

Airrunner is for straight ride height from low..stock..very high... the performace is just like stock ride..

it all depends on the preference of the owner of both kits...whether you do car show alot and dont want to ruin your kits or exhaust systems...or you like to raise and lower coilovers manually and have the luxury of just raising the front..

so its up to the consumer...both products are outstanding!!!
