Default LS pics from NELOC meet 7/22

What's going on peeps. Just thought I would post up some recent pics of the LS from our regional NELOC (NorthEast Lexus Owners Club) meet that we had in Harrisburg Pa this past weekend. Car still has a few cosmetic issues (can see if you look well) that will be addressed later on in the year (Saving for heart operation). However, just thought I would share some pics from the meet. Here we go.....

RA40- I'm with you. There needs to be more LS love out there. There are a few more LS's signed up in the NELOC sector, however, I seem to be the only active one there. I don't make too many meets because I drive trucks cross country for a living. Try to do what I can though.

Suneet- Thanks for the compliment on the paint. It really does show up well in pics, but I notice some problem areas when I am right up on the car. Was thinking of repainting to a different color; something like a Candy Brandywine color from House of Kolors. Still up in the air with this though. Engine being overhauled and slightly modded over the winter, and next will be the interior.

I agree, still tossing that idea around. Want to be unique but tasteful when I do go monotone though. That will probably be the last thing I do after engine and interior work. Until then, will just have to keep up the original paint. After all , it is 14 years old. And pay no attention to the bald headed guy in the shorts. LOL!!!!! I couldn't get away from the cameras. LOL!!!!

Well, I have that famous LS valve tapping. The car sat for quite awhile before I bought it and I have been updating ever since; little by little. Over the winter, Having the engine pulled completely out, dismantled, cleaned, updated and placed back in. New valves, lifters, cams, etc., also having trans completely dismantled and redone as well. Both are in good shape now, but are in need of some attention and I have someone that is willing to do it and do it right. Am going to fabricate a few pieces internally and squeeze out some more power. Am thinking of doing the 2JZ engine swap, but not quite ready to do that yet. Decisions,,,,decisions!!!!!

I'm only running a 1" drop with the H&R lowering springs because I live in the city and the roads are not the best up here. Other major mods in my sig line.

Sha, long time no talk to man. How you been? I do remember that you did sign up and that school commitments keep you away. Trust me, driving truck as a profession limits how many meets I can attend also. Looking forward to seeing you whenever we can arrange it. Until you are able to make up for it, LOL!!!! I'll continue to hold it down for the LS brothas'.

Damn, truk...your LS is lookin slick man. I'm in the process of picking up some of those LED mirror turn signals to have put on my 93 LS....Do they just snap on? You pretty much have the same suspension setup I'm after..KYP & HR lowering springs...how's that ride feelin? Better than the old stock?

Damn that paint job is sick..you did that yourself?
