Since it sounds like you won't find a harness why don't you just run new wires instead. It's a lot of work but in the end you know that it is done properly. My last car was a 2001 Corvette and I changed out the entire Bose system to an Alpine / JL set up. Great sound and well worth the labor. I'm planning to add a sub to the Nac system in my 99 soon. Should be an easy install since I'm leaving the rest stock for now.
Good luck with your install.

When I did my ES, I did what was mentioned above. I figured out what wires I needed to run the HU itself, and then removed the factory amplifier, and made all of my speaker connections at that location. It's not as clean as it would be if someone made a harness, but it wasn't too hard, and I kept my power antenna functional as well.
Not trying to hijack here, I think this is related. Suppose I just wanted to add an external amplifier to run an additional subwoofer (or two), but I want to keep the functionality of all speakers currently running in the Nak set-up, including the stock sub. How would I go about getting an input for my amp?

Hey Retro thanks but I have bad news, "Its not for the Nakamichi system that I have." I have the third generation Nakamichi system in my vehicle. The same that would be in a 1997 LS 400. The wires on that site are for Systems 1994 or older. Once again, thanks man. You guys are have helped me really understand this vehicle . "On the other hand "I still need help LOLOLOLOL"

I am going to add a sub as well. I would think you could take the speaker level inputs from the Nak sub in the rear deck and use them as the input signal for your amp. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Even if my amp has a block of speaker level inputs? Using a JL E1200.

Okay guys Im back. what I did was ran all new wires to all stock speakers less the center sub to aftermarket radio. From there I added the after market amp, Tvs and so on. My car sounds great, many hours of labor but at the end it paid off. Now what I need is an after market grill that is all black with no L (Lexus symbol) on it. Where can I find that? Im also looking for a rear window visor for my vehicle. I have a LS 400 1996 edition.
