VSC Warning
98 LS400 I've had the warning light, Check VSC message and engine warning light come on several times and fail to reset itself. First couple of times was it happened when I let low fuel light come on (it wasn't that low) each time I had to get a dealer to reset it and yesterday it happened again but the fuel wasn't low (although I did spin on some gravel). Can I reset it myself (the owners manual says it will reset itself but it doesn't) or do I have to take it in each time this happens? Also, I lose power and the gas pedel doesn't seem to work right unless I floor it, then the car lurches forward, not good. What's going on?

To reset, pull the main ECU fuse for a few minutes. Or unplug the negitive terminal to the battery for 15 mins.

Your Battery is on is way out or your Battery connections need cleaning."
