Anyone have their car keyed?
Came out to the parking lot today, and someone had keyed both passenger doors, right down to the metal.
I stupidly chose not to get comprehensive insurance, as I am a careful driver and have never caused an accident. So repair is out of my pocket.
Took the car (93 LS400 that I keep in mint condition) to my repair center for an estimate. $1400.00. Out of my pocket. I'm booked in for the end of February.
I know there's nothing anybody can do to help here, I guess I just wanted to vent. And I'll also add that if you care about your car (as I do), make sure you get all the proper insurance. Even if you're a good driver, there are ***** out there who could care less, and you never know when you'll become their victim.
Thanks for listening.

Yeah thats bad, but it could be worse. You could have to have the whole car painted like I do. The dealer told be it would be six grand. We both have to do it though because it is important for these cars to be perfect in order to uphold the legacy of the LS400.
