1993 Ls400 Just Replaced Ecu With Rebuilt One Car Will Not Run It Cranks Up But Cuts Off When Trying To Read Code Al I Get Is Continous Blinking Cel Could This Be A Timing Issue Please Help

make sure that the computer u got is good and where did u get the assumption that the first one was bad

Default help asap
replaced ecu because cel would not come and car was blowing out black smoke bought rebuilt ecu from rockauto.com
