Default More Fog Light questions

I am new to this forum and new to the Lexus scene. I don't have volume 2 of the shop manuals and thus don't know where the fog light relay is. Can you give me some more guidance?

Here you go. I suggest you buy the manuals either on hardcopy or on CD. Photocopying these bulky manuals isn't easy on my particular scanner/printer and this forum is much more limited than others on uploading attachments.

Here is the second page on testing continuity. I seem to be having problem making it low resolution enough to fit on this forum - other forums don't have this issue.

My car is a 91 model with 100k+, and thes tock lights are at worst very satisfactory. My lenses, however, are very clear and have no residue/moisture inside or out. They are better than my couple year old accord's as well as my significant other's 3 year old toyota. Perhaps the condition of the lense is mostly at fault as mentioned.
