Speaker Cloth

Ok so I have new speakers in my car and car toys put back on the cloth that goes over them. Its really nasty and the cloth looks old and stained. Can I just easily cut the cloth off without having to removing anything ect. ?

I just pulled the cloth off of my speakers it looks fine. I'll put up a pic later.

I took it off but im not crazy about how it looks, anyone know a site that sells diffrent types of cloth for speakers?
