I just got my new(for me) car home, buying this vehicle was a split second decision, noticed the auction right before the end...I am very happy about it.Seller was a gentleman that can probably buy the Lexus dealer with the whole inventory...and the car is in "new" condition, unbeliveble.
I have a stack of records from the owner, only from the Lexus dealer that I added around 12k in maintenance in the last 9 years, allways called the dealer, they picked it up and send it back with a bill...anyway,I noticed that the timing belt was replaced at 87k,right now I have 140k,should I replace it again?
Also for a new Lexus owner like me it seems very,if not unusual tight on the hwy, steering is very tight compare with a old LS(1991) that I drove...is this normal?
Second, the keyless entry is weird,I unlock the car,if I dont open it right away, will lock right back ?

It has no play at all,the steering wheel and needs more effort that I anticipated to turn, does not feel loose like the older model, any speed sensor involved?

No, I just changed mine at 95k and it looked good enough for another 20k or more. You are good to go to at LEAST 180k miles.
