Rear emblem removal
So are the emblems in the rear just "taped" on or do they bolt into the trunk. I want to remove the "Lexus" and the "LS400" from the rear, will I need to get the deck lid repainted in order to remove the emblems?
thanks!
thanks!

The thing is i'm trying NOT to have to repaint the lid. If I remove the 2 emblems is there any way of covering the holes left behind without having to putty then repaint?

Put another emblem to cover it.
The GS guys have it easy...no registration holes.
To fill and paint, ball park is $320. (Quotes I have had at regular body shops.) Although I did get one for $175...from a door ding repair service, this was a refferal by the Lexus dealer BTW.
