First Gen LS headlight removal

Hey guys, I just got done searching the forums for a possible answer for my question and Ive come up empty handed. So here I am, I have these wonderful one-peice headlights for my car and Im not quite sure how to remove them, will someone please fill me in or point me in the right direction? I have already tried lexls.com , I appreciate any info
