My Situation Just Gets Worse And Worse. Ok. Driving Home And One The Rough Roads In The City I Started To Hear A Noise Like Something Was Rubbing In My Rear Evrytime I Hit A Dip In The Road. Does This Mean The Struts Are Dying.

If the car looks slammed when you park it yes, otherwise it can be a half dozen other parts.

Slam action means the car is dropped (suspension lowered). Yes you probably need new springs and struts or air shocks depending on what you setup is.

Why do I have the feeling that you have air suspension? For your replacement aftermarket try some Tein coilovers. They adjust to your desired height and dampness meaning you have the option for a smooth cushy ride or firm.

for the coilovers its btw 1,100-1,400 but you might just want to stick with the oem setup
