Halla wallah biln3ami. It will cost a lot of money, it would be much cheaper to just get used to it. You might be able to change the cluster, to get it display KM's.

It really is possible to get used to it - if you take a positive attitude. I drove a German spec Mercedes for five years in the U.S. 30 years ago and I was surprised how quickly I learned to automatically convert mph to kph. For a few months I taped a conversion table to the dash but found I wasn't looking at it after a few weeks so I threw it away.

That experience served me well - I have since driven lots of U.S. spec personally owned and rental cars all over Canada from BC to PEI and never had any trouble converting back and forth between kph and mph. Same goes for temperature - I learned long ago to "think" in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. Think of it as a "brain stretching" exercise - similar to switching between languages.

And doesn't your U.S. spec Lexus speedometer have kilometers marked in smaller numericals closer to the center of the dial?

Yes it does, that why I thought it would be much easier to get used to it, then replace the cluster $$$$$$. That’s if the 3rd gens don’t have a protective measure from allowing anyone to switch speedo's.

In addition, when you want to sell the car, changing the speedo will deem you suspect to mileage rolling because everyone can easily identify it was imported from the U.S. and will wonder about the Km/h Speedo. As mileage tampering is a common practice with imported cars.
