Giugaro designs for Lexus

Anyone know if the Italian car design house Giugaro had a hand in the LS400 designs?

I remember seeing 'Giugaro' mentioned in a tuning article about Lexus cars.

I think they had something to do with the design of the first gen GS

My recollection was the first gen GS also.
