Front End Shimmy LS 400 2000
My front end shimmy when I brake. I can also hear a noise when I hit a bump in the road. Can anyone tell me what that might be?

Strut bars...lots of discussion on these by doing a search confined to the LS forum.
What has happened is that the strut bar bushing is worn in conjunction with a slightly warped rotor. Been there with mine. You may also have some other worn suspension bushings that may also add to the shimmy.
