Default Clear Headlights

I am new to these lexus forums.. I want a 92-940- ls430 real bad but i want something with clear headlights so i can do an hid retrofit. Where can i get clear headlights for this car . Also what is the meaning of vip.

You can get your existing headlights cleared by Hilltop for $750.

BR1AN were are you getting the $750 quote, when I asked {-.-} he told me $1200, and that they don't really look all to good.

That's what he told me awhile back. Maybe I was misinformed.

For $1200, they better supply a new set of headlights instead of having to ship them yours.
