WOT Switch under Throttle?
While poking around the LS today I found a switch underneath the gas pedal, much like the brake light switch on the brake pedal. But this one is is mounted on the floor, it is obviously a wide open throttle switch. Curiosity has the best of me. What does it do?

Really? I always wondered why these cars wouldn't downshift until abosolite WOT...
Guess I need to wire that switch to a button on the steering wheel, he he. Oh wait, thats why I've got a O/D off button.

I thought that the PWR ECT button just made it so that the transmission wont change into the next gear as soon, like just keep the gear it was in, in for a little bit longer. Like so you get more RPMs in regular driving for quicker driving without feeling like your stomping the pedal. You get better gas mileage with the botton off i know cuz the manual says so

Yup, thats true, it takes longer to upshift, and when you floor it, it downshifts faster, to lower gears.
