Speedo inaccurate need help
Hi guys,
Got a '93 Ls 400 2 weeks back.
The ride is really decent , thanx to this forum i have been able to solve a few problems.
but now I got a wiered problems
The speedometer is slow (inaccurate) the car actually travels faster than what the spedo indicates.
The illumination on the center dash, namely the Aircon, clock, stereo & shifter lever are not light.
The aircon & clock are illuminated when the light switch is off, but when the light switch is switched to park and headlight position, the illumination goes off.
Any directions on what & where to look for.

yes I encountered the same problem when I rebuilt my cluster circuit board. The apparent problem was the 8 screws which are used to secure the circuit board were slighly loose. these are the screws which transport the power from circuit board to the actual needles.
