Hey Everybody,

Will the rear tail lights from a 2nd generation LS400 (95-97), fit on a 3rd generation (98-00)? I can't seem to find any other than ones for a 2nd gen, and they look very similar, if not the same. Let me know....Thanks,

The corner lamps will likely be fine. The trunk lid lenses I beleieve have a wider bolt location so it may not fit. The other issue is the key cylinder location. Experiment and let us know...I've been trying to find a set of '98-'00 to see on my '97 but haven't found any that were reasonable.

(At $89 for one corner and $65 for one lid, I'd just as soon buy Crossroads and be done with it.)

The corners will fit, but I dont think the inner ones will.

But why would you install old looking lights on a newer 98+?

i believe he is talking about aftermarket lights, not oem. ive been interested in this since it is fairly hard to find parts for the uzf 20/21 so lemme know how it goes

, Why don't you try your first gen tails in the new car and then use the keyhole in the light for a rear camera.
