Default Belt tensioner?

Hello,

how hard is it to change the belt tensioner? A short discription would be helpful!

Hamburg is not an area for good Lexus mechanics?

Hello,

do I have to take out the alternator to switch the serpentine belt tensioner? If yes, how do I take out the alternator?

Hello,

am I right that I have to loosen both screws from the alternator to take out the tensioner?
