I believe that is a 96 or 97, and I'm almost certain that it will not fit, but I'm not 100% sure. The headlights give the car away. . . no foglamps in the headlight (1990-94), yet it has the rear profile of the 98 LS400's. . . I believe it is either a 96 or 97.

Thats correct a UCF20 will not fit on a UCF10 with out some major modifications.

Looks similar to a "Wald" kit.

I REALLY like the WALD Executive kit. problem is im working on a budget and I just cant afford 2 grand for my kit alone. I was looking at that PDF of the Mercedes Performance thing that was posted and I'm wondering if you get the wheels, exhaust tips, etc. with the kit or are those just accessories you can buy?

Those aren't part of the kit. Serach around, eventually you should be able to find those wheels and tips some place.
