Default Master Cylinder pushrod adjustment

Anyone with a manual might be able to answer this question:
I'm trying to find out the proper adjustment values of 93 LS for the master cylinder / power booster pushrod adjustment.
I also want to know if the pushrod is adjustable in this model.

thnx.

The pushrod is adjustable. It has a locknut which must be loosened, and then it can be turned in either direction.

This is discussed on Page BR-7 of the manual under the "Brake pedal check and adjustment" heading.

Per the manual, the proper heighth of the brake pedal is 5.62 to 6.02 inches.

If the pushrod is turned in either direction, the stop light switch must also be adjusted so the proper distance is maintained between the switch and the brake pedal. According to the manual, the proper
clearance for this switch is .06 - .10 inches.

The locknut on the pushrod should be torqued to 19 ft lb.

I think you're referring to the pushrod adjustment from within the car where the pedal attaches to the pushrod, where as I was referring to it's adjustment between the boster and master cylinder.
