Nice choice of wheels on the LS. I often see them on VIP rides, esp. the ones that are painted monotone (one body color), so I would consider sometime in the future to paint your LS all black for the mean and classy look

Is it just me, or is your driver's side window the only one that is not tinted?

Thanks everyone for the comments...it's definitely still a work in progress.

I chose the wheels because I knew I wanted to be as close to the VIP scene as possible. Even though I don't have a kit yet (which I can't stand not having one) I wanted a nice lower than normal offset wheel. I also wanted a full face wheel. Hence the linea sports. I may change them out to Amistad's later but right now, i'm only concentrating on finding a body kit for it. Once I get the kit, I am debating a paint job. But this is only a consideration.

As far as the window tinting is concerned, all of the windows are tinted. After looking at pics and having you point out the lightness of my driver side, i'm curious now...haha. I've never noticed how light the driver side was.

Looks good, I like those wheels.

How clean is that Cressida just a bit back from yours?

That Cressida is amazingly clean. Let's see...chrome SSR's, new paint (factory color), lowered on Eibach, polished all moldings, the car looks and runs like he drove it off the production line. He is actually planning to go 7M turbo.

That was definitely a good observation on your part, most guys don't give Cressida's the credit they deserve.

You rims look very nice. But fat tires give sort of offroad-like like look.

BTW do you have any rubbing problems ?

I’m going to go ahead and fwd those pics to your local cali police station, you better come up with a handicap permit before they call your car gov't property (lol, in that state, they might just do that)

Thanks for the kind words...

As for the clear turn signals...I am going to do that when i pick up my kit. I am not big into doing the clear lenses without a bodykit or at least some additional aero mods. That's just me...i'm weird.

I don't regret getting fat tires. I do know that i have a rally car look, but it's for my rims sake. I've gone thru one too many bent wheels due to lack of tire sidewall. I also tried to get as close to overall diameter factory tire spec's as possible.

I guess you could say i did everything for a reason, be it aesthetics or performance.

Thanks again, at least I know i am going in the right direction. ok...back to all my damn VIP mags...and celsior bibles...HA!

Lates!

Thanks...

body kit...i'm not sure. the only readily available kit in the US is the Wings West. If anyone knows of something else in stock, i'm more than happy to buy it. I dont feel like waiting a couple months for a body kit.

Junction is real nice...i'd go for it...but my wheels are not right for it. I need the lower offset and a bit more stretched tire. (That comment goes back to the days of my 240SX)

I liked Cressidas. Mine didn't become the project car I had envisioned, I miss it from time to time. Here are some from Indonesia, notice the 5 lug wheels, here they were 4 lug. That would become a big PITA to finding wheels in later years:
