Man, amazing. Too bad that wasn't an offering for the original LS back in 90. If there was an UL option, it could have made a "halo" effect. Well, I guess Lexus has turned out OK even without it. Amazing car in amazing conidition.

Hey,
That is the car I just bought. Put the bank transfer today
And for those in the US the equivalent price is around $6000.
Can't wait for March.
Cheers

BTW JDM models have cloth trim as default option and leather & sheepskin trims as option

Re: Re: That's my car !!!!
It is impossible to find a 1995 in good condition for $6k in the US. Gen 1 prices still hover around $5-6k or even more. I looked high and low when I got my 1995, but there was simply nothing in the $6k range anywhere in the US. I saw a 1995 with over 200k and it was in bad shape, for $8k. That was the lowest.

Lead Lap
It is not just the Japanese market cars that have had more features available than those sold in the U.S. This has been going on for the 40+ years I've been a car nut.
Lot of examples ... seat belts, padded dashboards, air bags, disk brakes, fuel injection, Halogen headlights, HID headlights, rear window defoggers, headlight washers - even windshield washers! Some of this stuff was fairly widely available 10 - 25 years outside the the U.S. before on similar car models sold inside the U.S.
It always p1ssed me off that rear reclining seats were not all that expensive an option in markets outside the U.S. on long wheelbase (SEL) Mercedes beginning in about the late 1960's. But were not available in the U.S. on Mercedes until about 1986 and I certainly could not get one on my 450SEL in the 70's.
Why do we have to wait longer than in other countries?
