Default Replaced Engine and Transmission Mounts

I replaced those mounts on my 90LS over-the-weekend and I must say the differences between old mounts and new mounts were like night and day. I used to have steering wheel and body frame vibrations at idle and at low speeds. I could feel the engine roars during acceleration but now no more. The car runs silky smooth as if it has been reborned.
It took me awhile to repace the engine mounts but the results trump the efforts.

The hardest part of replacing the engine mounts was cracking open the upper engine mount nut on the driver side. It took me a day counting going to the tool store, fabricating woods from 2X4 to lift and support the engine, and taking care of an infant. I plan on changing the engine and trans mounts on my own LS and anticipate spending 2hrs for the job.

I have done engine and tranny mounts renewal before. The word for the new ride quality was "solid".
