Default No Power At All - HELP

Ladies & Gents: This 1 should stump all. 1. recently purchased new battery. In 3 days battery was completely dead/no juice to even run console clock. Did the ole alternator check (remove positive post while running). Car didn't go dead. 2. While car was running, when I accelerated past speeds of 40 mph or more dash trouble indicators lit up (brakes, engine, battery etc all lit up). Question: Could this be a problem dealing with computer chips or brain box type of replacements/repairs?Question:
Question: What's going wrong with this car!

I believe this is an alternator problem. A quick call to your repair shop/Toyota/Lexus will confirm what the lights indicate

Default SURGEONS OF THE LEXUS

Sounds like great diagnosis. Note: this makes the 2nd Alternator gone bad in 2.5 yrs. I am inclined to believe that my PWR steering pump is the culprit (leaking). I heard that LS400s had this chronic problem. Please advise. A Note of Thanks: You guys and Gals are the Greatest MFrs I can know when it comes to keeping and maintaing my 92 LS 400. You keep me encouraged!

Look closely at the power steering pump. If there are any signs of a leak then you need a new one. An alternator shouldn't die that fast.
