Please Help Power St. Pump

I just replaced the power st. pump. I put it in, reconnected everything, filled the resivor, turned the wheel back and forth 20 times. stated her up and after about thirty seconds the pump started whinning.

Do I need to bleed it in some way? Please help.

What should I do?
