speedo incorrect 91 LS400
when I start my car the speedo needle is way below zero. As I drive it moves up & down with my speed but is always about 15-20 miles below my actual speed. It was working fine and quit while driving. Help!

My speedo is incorrect, not as bad as hisbut is still very incorrect. I do have 20" rims if this makes any difference......I don't know. Is the speedometer able to be adjusted at all or something? Any help would also be greatly appreciated! Thanks,
