Default 1st gen clear headlights

This is an old topic, but I ran into this thread on the 1st gen GS https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...ghlight=deline

Check out the before and after pics! He got those nasty blurring lines out! I think those headlights are plastic, but I don't see why it can't be done to glass headlights.

I'm dying to have clear headlights. I know that someone out there sells a pair, but they are massively expensive. . .

I think your going to die then

Unless the inside is nice / perfect once you take the lines out you can see all the imperfections rust / defects / burnt and so on. Yes it can be done.

The corners are plastic but the headlights are glass when you clear out both the plastic ones look better and cost 1/3 the price of what the glass ones cost do.

Can you sign the will so that I get your car........

Yeah, they are new headlights so they should still look nice :-). I think I might just give it a try. Do I just power sand it?
