Will is300’s 17’’ fit my 90 LS400?

The bolt pattern should fit, but there are a couple of issues to look out for.
Not sure of the width of the wheel on your LS, but the IS wheel is quite narrow when compared to a GS or later gen LS wheel (it's 17x7 instead of 17x8).
Also - and again this is for later gen LS - brake clearance for the front brakes might be a problem since they're significantly larger than those on the IS.
No personal experience, just from reading other posts.
