parking brake light won't go off

parking brake light won't go off
hey guys, my parking brake light on the dash will not go off. i have the parking brake all the way off, i even pull it 2-3 times to make sure, but the light still will not go off. any suggestions?

Lexus Test Driver
Put your foot under the parking brake pedal and pull it up while you pull the parking brake release. The light should go off. Mine does this too, I think the spring or something like that is worn out. No need to worry.

thanks for the advice. i will check my brake fluid. i do put my foot unerneath the brake as i pull the release, to make sure it is all the way out. the light used to go off that way. but now it still just stays on. thanks
