Paul & I are working on getting goodies from McGrath & Lexus Central on top of discounts and other things lined up. Will do what we can. We need a big turn out if we want them to step up with free stuff/raffles & another meet sponsored at either location.
If you have any ideas or suggestion please post them up.

This is the actual list of who can or will attend. I took you off if you said maybe. If we do not have more then 20 people then I'm going to have them cancel the meet and maybe they will try one more time for everyone. I wouldn't want anyone to spend the time and money for food and everything for just a few people. I'm sure everyone can respect this.

Mike and all CL guys and gals.
No need to cancel, numbers are not that important to us. We are inviting you all as part of our customer appreciation days event. The party will go on regardless of numbers. We really have no idea of what to expect. We are doing an email blast to all current and past customers so everyone is welcome. Just stop by have a burger, test drive a car or just say hi. We will have some parking in the back service lot set aside for CLers to park if you wish.
So, come one come all, very informal day planned. The McGraths are just trying to have a little cookout for all that care to come to show we appreciate
all of our customers.

I know that for this meet it won't make a huge difference since they are already hosting something and inviting us to join. I still hate to see them clear out a lot and put in extra time for less then 20 people to show up. If a handful want to show up, thats fine, then no need for anything special. The ones that show up can park up front with everyone else
IMO, the McGrath family is going to want to see a large turn out in order for them to sponsor future meets. I'm a close friend of the family and I can't see them investing the time or money into another meet that is dedicated for toward CL and not a customer appreciation day. I'm looking for the future for everyone that wants this to continue to move forward.
I also wanted for Lexus Central to participate and continue moving forward. I know the members here know what needs to happen to keep this alive and moving forward.

That's very nice of McGrath to offer us a designated area without a lot of people! I will be taking my car in for service to the Chicago McGrath Lexus on Friday for the first time. Hopefully it goes well!

I won't be in the area on 7/3 otherwise I'd definitely swing by. I'm not a McGrath customer, but had a very pleasant visit earlier this month. If there are more meets scheduled when I'm around Chicago, I would certainly love to attend.
