how about a little more info. Where did you get the bulbs? Are you using a stock HID system or did you add a kit? Have you tried putting the older bulbs in to see if they stay on? Do the bulbs shut off suddenly or do they fade out?
If you call a doctor and tell him your leg hurts and nothing else, he/she is probably not going to be able to help you out very well.

that's really weird. It's gotta be the capsules if your oem's are working fine. I'd try to return them/get your money back. Not trying to knock your purchase but I don't know of any reputable manufacturers that put out anything above 6000K.

crap.. I thought that maybe they were the bulbs.. someone else thought maybe the ballast was overheating or something but the draw is the same I beleive from both bulbs and there have been other owners who have these bulbs and they were fine..

I would return those bulbs and get another set. If it works with your stock HID bulbs, then there's nuttn wrong with your system. Its gotta be those new bulbs. Ask your friend if you can borrow his bulbs for your setup....see if those bulbs shut off.

Make sure you hard mount the ballasts also. While I was test fitting mine with them on, the metal socket the wires plug into hit the car body one time and grounded the lights out.
Make sure they sent you 35w bulbs too. Some freaks are getting ahold of 55w bulbs.
Just thought I'd swing a pair of different things on the table.

Are these the same bulbs that you bought from lextacy.com?
