How to change fog light bulbs

does anyone know how to change the fog lights bulbs on a 93' Lexus ES300?

I have an '02 but if the fogs are in the air dam below the headlights then these links/threads might help.
If they are the round fogs just below the license plate, sorry can't help you there.
